A 1.1 ha parcel on the Pommard border. Very chalky site on the Beune side. The Pommard section of the vineyard has more clay. Indigenous yeast. Fermented and aged in 456L barrels (50% new) for 12 months + 3 months in stainless steel. Unfined and filtered.
